Admission to IIIT Delhi's B.Tech program is based on JEE Mains and JAC scores. Students who have passed the Higher Secondary Examination will be admitted. Admission to some B. Tech (ITSS) seats would be made based on 10+2 marks solely for Delhi-based applicants with a non-science background. A valid UCEED score would be used to fill some B. Tech (CSD) seats are reserved only for Delhi-based students.
